The oil price has increased, but rest assure our homestay rental rate has not changed. J3 Homestay Tawau still charge the lowest rental rate for a 4 bedrooms homestay in Tawau. For the record, the government has raised the price of RON95 petrol from RM2.10 to RM2.30. This has been troubling the hearts of Malaysians, especially for us here in Tawau. We were worried there will be a price hike for everything as a result of this.
